I am currently in my 27th year in the motor trade and have worked for various dealerships in the region, starting from the workshop floor as a technician to senior tech, workshop controller and finally gained the position of Service Manager. During my time at this dealership we won an accolade from Honda UK for the most improved service department in East Anglia.
My qualifications include AA patrol technical courses levels 1 to 4, Ford, Honda, Iveco & Volvo Truck certifications, these included all electrical & mechanical syllabuses. I hold an F-gas licence for all servicing & repairs to any vehicles air conditioning system and fully certified DVSA Vehicle mot tester for classes IV, VI & VII (cars, minibuses & vans).
